RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return of your item. Returned items must be packaged and shipped from the date of receipt of the package. It is important to note that our return policy only applies to unused and unworn items, accompanied by their new and original packaging as well as their original labels.
We are unable to accept returns or refunds on items that have been used, worn, or had their tags removed. Please also note that the original shipping charges you paid for your order are non-refundable.
How to make a return:

You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your items to request a return. However, return requests made after this period will not be accepted. It is important to note that Lapetiteparisienne reserves the right to refuse any return request deemed unreasonable.
- To process your return request, please download this return form provided for this purpose. We ask you to provide us with your order number and the reason for the return so that we can process your request efficiently. Include the completed return form in your package. If you would like an exchange, simply mention it on the form.
- Please package the items to be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and unstained with all original tags attached and folded properly in their original packaging.
- The shipping costs for returning items are your responsibility. To return your item, you can go to La Poste or the Colissimo website. If you are in Belgium, you can use the Bpost service, and if you are in Germany, you can use the DHL service. The applicable shipping costs are those applied by Colissimo. It is important to note that we do not accept returns via Mondial Relay.
- After receiving your return, we will either refund or send a new package, depending on your request. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund the value of the item. You will then receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
